If you haven't tried this unique Saison & Farmhouse Ale producer from Baltimore, Maryland, then get with the game and do it. Producing an array of Saison variations, Brian Stillwater dedicates himself wholeheartedly to the exploration of one of my favorite beer styles on the planet. Which is why I was hooked. I also can't deny my attraction to the artwork & graphics...

BEER #65

Stillwater Stateside Saison aged in Chardonnay Barrels, 6.8% ABV: While the standard Stateside is the benchmark of their line, I was excited to get to try this barrel-aged version! White wine notes of pear and apple with light oak notes alongside earthy citrus, grass, yeast, spice, gentle barnyard funk, and a nice dry finish make this a must-try Saison to add to your list. Loved it.

BEER #66

Stillwater Bourbon Barrel-Aged Existent Farmhouse Ale, 7.6% ABV: Delicious notes of brown sugar, nuttiness, vanilla, oak & toasted coconut. Good carbonation with a cleaner mouthfeel than I expected and a nice dry finish. Very pleasant.

Can't wait to get my hands on more of Brian's creations.

Stay tuned.
